Perfectly Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

I love these pancakes so much I'm just going to dive right into it. You need to make them now! I just ate a whole batch of them



1 1/4 all purpose flour

1.5 tsp baking powder

1sp ground flaxseeds

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/4 cup non dairy milk(I ised soy) 

2 tsp vinegar

2 tbsp melted vegan butter

Combine your milk and vinegar and set aside while you prep your other ingredients

In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients.

Add butter to milk, a pour milk mixture into bowl.  

Mix until all ingredients are combined, don't over work it. 

Heat your griddle to medium heat and ladel your batter onto the pan. Cook a few minutes (when you start seeing air bubbles that's a good indicator that it's okay to flip)

*i double this batch for my family of 5 and it's perfect
